  • Negotiations with potential offtake parties (including well-known US, EU and Korean groups), project acquisitions and strategic agreements.
  • Assistance with fundraising initiatives.
  • Assistance with engineering studies, project planning, design and implementation and feasibility analysis.
  • Assistance in the development of ESG considerations in plant optimisation.
  • IPO preparation.
  • Management of the year end audit process.
JANUARY 2019 – PRESENT DIRECTOR, CFO AND COMPANY SECRETARY AT POLYLINE PIPE SYSTEMS LTD

Polyline Pipe Systems Ltd is a mobile HDPE plastic pipe manufacturer. My key responsibilities and duties include the following:

  • Responsible for the organisational governance activities, financial management, reporting, and management of potential IPO process;
  • Completion and management of all finance-related work from bookkeeping, tax workings, account reconciliations, management of accounts payable, receivables and payroll to the preparation of management reports and Annual Reports;
  • Management of audit process and associated work papers, as well as communications with external auditors regarding technical accounting issues;
  • Assistance in the preparation of shareholder notice of meetings as well as management of the shareholder meetings themselves;
  • Attending to all corporate ASIC filings and regular ATO filings;
  • I have been an integral part of fundraising initiatives and broker mandate negotiations;
  • Development of company governance framework, policies and procedures;
  • Assistance in the preparation of information memorandums and marketing materials;
  • Negotiation and preparation of contract tenders and contract management with several major engineering and mining companies;
