Sameer leads the New Business Planning team which specialises in developing robust financial models that support decision making.  As an executive and strategic advisor, Sameer has helped to improve and grow businesses, applying his expertise of resources and infrastructure projects from an owner, contractor and operator perspective.

Polyline Pipe Systems Ltd is a mobile HDPE plastic pipe manufacturer. My key responsibilities and duties include the following:

  • Responsible for the organisational governance activities, financial management, reporting, and management of potential IPO process;
  • Completion and management of all finance-related work from bookkeeping, tax workings, account reconciliations, management of accounts payable, receivables and payroll to the preparation of management reports and Annual Reports;
  • Management of audit process and associated work papers, as well as communications with external auditors regarding technical accounting issues;
  • Assistance in the preparation of shareholder notice of meetings as well as management of the shareholder meetings themselves;
  • Attending to all corporate ASIC filings and regular ATO filings;
